APD Communications Quality Policy states:

The policy is underpinned by a series of quality objectives that provide the business with measurable activities.

To support our policy we have chosen to implement 9001:2008 and TickIT Version 5 to ensure that we continually improve our Quality Management System. APD was first certified as compliant with the requirements of ISO 9001 in 1994, and has remained certified as compliant continuously since that date.

APD Communications has strengthened its reputation as one of the UK’s leading solution providers to the emergency services with the announcement that it has been awarded the ISO 27001 Information Security accreditation and the ISO 20000 ITIL Service Delivery accreditation. These are the international standards for data security and service management.
